• 2 user flange ports are left (KF40 can be accessed for gas or additional cables).

Probe control: 6 probe arms as standard.

• Adjustment range 110mm * 50mm * 30mm, adjustment accuracy better than 10um.
• Each probe arm has a Triax low-leakage cable and probe. Each probe arm is equipped with a Triax cable and probe.
• The base of the sample stage is equipped with an additional Triax low-leakage cable.

Microscope Module: Continuously variable monocular microscope with optical magnification from 0.5X to 3.75X (with 0.75X additional objective) and video magnification of approximately 700X.

• Optional 2X additional objective lens.
• Resolution better than 2um.
• Full HD digital camera with coaxial and ring illumination, with mechanical and optical focusing.
• Variable temperature sample stage: diameter standard 50mm, optional 150mm. variable temperature range: 6K~400K.
• Temperature stability better than ±0.01 K;
• Optional access to optical fibre, one or several electrical probes can be replaced by optical fibre.
• System DC leakage is less than 1pA

The product contains an imported molecular pump unit, a full-range vacuum gauge and an intelligent temperature controller.
