The Scanning Probe Microscope Controller realises automatic approximation of the scanning probe microscope tip, sample scanning, data collection, etc., with low signal-to-noise ratio and atomic resolution.

Scanning probe microscope controller features

  • Coarse needle feed control module: manual needle feed, automatic needle feed. Output voltage up to 350V, frequency 660Hz.
  • Soft-db controller: can output ± 10V scanning voltage, tunnel bias, tunnel current collection, feedback control, and data processing.
  • Voltage amplification module: Soft-db controller outputs low voltage amplification to achieve the function of driving piezoelectric ceramic tubes, including 4 low voltage input channels, with amplification of 15 times.
