Our technical team assesses the equipment and identifies the likely cause of the problem. Complex faults may require additional diagnostic work.
03 — SERVICE QUOTATION
We identify the required parts and estimated labour. You receive a clear quotation before chargeable repair work begins.
04 — REPAIR & SERVICE
Once approved, our technicians carry out the agreed work using suitable replacement components.
05 — TEST & RETURN
We test the equipment after servicing or repair and confirm its operational status before return.
Parts + Labour
We believe service costs should be straightforward and transparent. Your final service charge is based on two primary components:
Parts
Replacement parts are charged according to the applicable Link Gulf selling price. Where suitable parts are already available in our inventory, we can use those components to help minimise delays.
Parts may include mechanical components, electrical components, sensors, printer components, camera components and other equipment-specific items.
Labour
Technical labour is charged at our standard hourly service rate, with each hour or part thereof charged as one service unit. This means you pay for the time required to complete the approved work rather than a fixed, one-size-fits-all repair fee.
