pH Buffer Standards

pH Buffer Standards solutions are mixtures of weak acids and the salt of these is combined with a strong base. They can also be mixtures of weak bases and the salt is combined with a strong acid. Buffer solutions resist change in pH value regardless addition of small quantities of acids or bases.
