We are the first to publish 420°C high-temperature nozzles to the 3D printer market. This type of nozzle allows printing with a variety of filaments. The nozzle height can also be micro-adjusted. (Default support 260 °C, contact us for 420 °C.)
We exclusively research and develop the extruder feeding system and guide rail, which support high-speed printing. It allows for stable filament extrusion without blockage.

The all-steel body not only ensures stability during printing but also greatly extends the usage period. Its optimization and cooperation of overall structure ensure sustainable and efficient operation. The first batch of CreatBot 3D printers has been working for 9 years and more than 30,000 hours.
Metal Chassis – f160 metal chassis
Fully enclosed chamber can block all external interference and reduce noise. The hot chamber can provide a constant ambient temperature to prevent the model from deforming during printing.

The printer will automatically memorize the current position and save print data. Lower the platform and withdraw the filament when the power is off suddenly. It will continue to print from the last stopped point after the power’s on.
The printer will avoid invalid printing by stopping and issuing a warning when the filament runs out.
Outage Restored Filament Detection
The printer has an all-English-menu touch screen that is easy to operate and friendly to use. One key to warm, one key to print, and many other shortcut keys.

The hotbed is made of heatable aluminium PCB, which can quickly heat up to 150°C. The platform is attached with 3d printing stickers buildtak. Printed objects can be stuck on the buildtak tightly and won’t get deformed.
BuildTak Platform – f160 buildtak film
The standard F160 are able to print PLA, ABS, Nylon, etc., perfectly. The F160-PEEK version is designed for 3D printing with PEEK. We supply high-quality PEEK filament, which requires a 420°C extrusion temperature. The material has features of high strength, high toughness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It can be used in aerospace, electronics, medical, machinery, automotive and other industries.
