Cryogenic liquid nitrogen probe stage products are mainly composed of a vacuum chamber, probe control, microscope module, variable temperature sample stage, imported molecular pump group, full wang range vacuum gauge, intelligent temperature controller and so on.
Vacuum chamber: the vacuum degree is better than 6×10-4Pa, and better than 6×10-5Pa after cooling down. 2 user flange ports are left (can be accessed with gas or additional cables);
Probe control: 4 probe arms as standard. Adjustment range 50mm*50mm*30mm, adjustment accuracy better than 10um. Each probe arm is equipped with a Triax tri-coaxial low-leakage cable and probe. Each probe arm is equipped with a Triax low-leakage cable and probe.
Microscope Module: Continuously variable monocular microscope with optical magnification from 0.5X to 3.75X (with 0.75X additional objective) and video magnification of approximately 700X. Optional 2X additional objective lens. Resolution better than 2um. full HD digital camera with coaxial illumination and ring illumination, with mechanical and optical focusing;
Variable temperature sample stage: 50mm diameter. Variable temperature range: 80K~400K, temperature stability better than ±0.01 K; △ Optional access to fibre optic.
