DOWELL 3D DM-PLUS Series Large-Format Printer

The DM series dowell 3D printer is constructed from premium aluminium alloy, ensuring high strength, lightweight design, and resistance to rust and corrosion. It features diagonal supports that enhance the stability of the fuselage during the printing process.

This ABS 3D printer is equipped with a reliable platform and industrial-grade linear rail. The glass platform offers superior flatness, complemented by an independent four-screw lift structure and a self-developed automatic levelling algorithm, making it easier to print large-format models with enhanced stability and precision.

The DOWELL 3D DM-PLUS operates with a noiseless driver, maintaining a working noise level around 60dB, paired with a robust motor. This machine’s noiseless drive and powerful stepper motor effectively minimise operational noise, keeping it at 60 dB. Both the X and Y axes utilise 57 motors that provide increased torque and stability. It features a tank chain along with a highly flexible wire, capable of enduring ten million bending cycles. The wiring is organised and aesthetically pleasing, ensuring stability and durability!

The printer includes a tempered platform and a high-temperature bed, capable of reaching temperatures up to 100°! It is equipped with a high-temperature nozzle and a proximal anti-collision feature, with the nozzle temperature reaching as high as 420℃! Additionally, it has a proximal feeder and a nozzle anti-collision system for added safety.

The control interface is via a large 7-inch touchscreen, providing an intuitive user experience.
