The 3FG25 advantages and features

The 3FG25 has an impressive maximum stroke of 155 mm and can handle workpieces up to 25 kg, making it ideal for high-payload collaborative applications. The gripper is fully electrical and provides full gripping control, making it fast to deploy and redeploy when introducing new parts.

The gripper’s design automatically centres workpieces, resulting in a strong, stable grip and precise placement in machine chucks. Combined with a robust design and IP67 classification to endure the harshest industrial environments, the reliable 3FG25 can smoothly operate in machining workshops with fluids and chips flying around, as well as other demanding applications.

The complete out-of-the-box gripper, with a maximum force of 450 N, competes with larger, bulkier, and much less flexible pneumatic grippers.
