The nano-scale objective scanning stage is driven by piezoelectric ceramics. It uses a frictionless and air-returned flexible chain guide mechanism to ensure excellent motion accuracy of the scanning stage.

  • The scanning stage is equipped with a built-in precision displacement sensor for full closed-loop position feedback.
  • Positioning accuracy, resolution and stability can reach the Nano Displacement Stage.
  • The positioning stabilisation time is only on the order of milliseconds.
  • The scanning stage is made of non-magnetic material, which does not generate fields during use.
  • Focusing stroke up to 100 µm. Separate threaded adapters are available for a wide range of objective lenses.
