Electromagnetic radiation from any electrical device interferes with MR signals resulting in bad data. Our Qualisys MRI camera is completely electromagnetically shielded, effectively creating a Faraday cage, and is therefore suitable for use in an MR environment. In combination with other dedicated MR compatible equipment for measuring arm movements, eye movements and controlling a force manipulandum, Qualisys MR-compatible motion capture equipment form a unique laboratory setting for functional imaging of action.
