Revopoint Trackit Optical Tracking 3D Scanner for Marker-free Scans
High Accuracy Small to Large Scans with Superb Scanning Details
Create detailed 3D models ready for dimensional inspection in quality control or scan-to-CAD conversion for reverse engineering.
Dual Blue Laser Capture Modes – Fast Scans: 30 Cross Lines
Efficiently scan surface areas, including dark or shiny ones, without using scanning spray.
Deep Holes: Single Lines
Ensure that fine details like gear teeth, deep holes, crevices, and recessed areas are fully captured.
Optical Tracking or Standalone Handheld Scans
Adapt to various scanning situations by switching between optical tracking and standalone handheld 3D scans. Easily capture hidden or interior areas that the base station cannot see using Trackit’s standalone features.
Time-saving Marker-Free Scans
The Trackit Tracking 3D Scanner uses advanced optical tracking to track its location in real time and captures accurate 3D data without needing markers. Supercharge your 3D laser scanning efficiency for workpieces ranging from 10 mm to 6 meters with Trackit’s dual-camera base station.
Easily Scan Large Workpieces
Effortlessly capture large workpieces by leapfrogging* Trackit’s base station around them as you rapidly capture their surfaces at up to 1.5 million measurements per second. Trackit’s anchor block system ensures flawless frame stitching with every leapfrog, enabling you to efficiently create professional 3D models. The highly adjustable tripod lets you easily position Trackit to meet multiple capture scenarios.
*Moving the base station around large objects to fully capture them.
Skip complex and lengthy calibration processes and get perfect multi-pose calibrations free from human errors. Trackit’s smart auto-calibrating dual-axis gimbal system does all the hard work with total precision, so you’ll always have a reliable, accurate, and easy calibration process.
Ensure consistent scan data every time with Trackit’s durable one-piece carbon fibre frame, eliminating accuracy errors due to frame deformation and shifting markers. Designed for demanding environments, its sturdy yet lightweight construction is comfortable for long scanning sessions.
Capture the object’s surface texture to create vivid 3D models with Trackit’s high-resolution RGB camera, or use its texture data with Revo Measure for accurate measurements and professional reports.
The six-axis collaborative robot equipped with the Trackit Optical Tracking 3D Scanner enables fully automated point cloud capture of complex shapes up to 0.5 m in diameter, with a volumetric accuracy up to 0.05 mm
Trackit’s high-sensitivity temperature sensors monitor fluctuations, showing the Tracker and Scanner’s current temperature in real time. This ensures optimal operation and prevents temperature-related accuracy drift, maintaining high 3D scanning accuracy.
Revo Trackit easy-to-use and free software for scanning, editing, processing, and calibrating.
Output Formats: PLY, OBJ, STL, ASC, 3MF, GLTF, FBX
Scan – Granular scan settings let you control every aspect of the scanning process, ensuring optimal point cloud capture. Ensure a perfect scan with real-time point cloud monitoring to check if you’ve captured enough data.
Process – Process your raw point cloud automatically with one-click editing or fully fine-tune it with fusion and meshing tools.
Edit – With versatile selection and clean-up tools, you can swiftly remove unwanted data, fill holes, smooth, and simplify your 3D model.
Merge – Scan large complex projects in sections, then combine the scanned data automatically or manually to create a complete model.
Export – Export your scans in formats compatible with major software for quality control, CAD, 3D slicing, and modelling, ensuring seamless workflow integration.
Revo Design Software
Revo Design (identical functions to QUICKSURFACE Lite) bridges the gap between 3D scanning and engineering design, streamlining the conversion of 3D scan data into CADs. With robust tools for mesh editing, freeform and parametric modelling, and scan-to-CAD workflows, Revo Design is ideal for reverse engineering, product development, and industrial design.
Revo Measure Software
Efficiently compare your point clouds or meshes to CADs using our new software, Revo Measure. Its powerful tools offer high-accuracy model measurement, parameter extraction, volume measurement, and GD&T analysis tools.
* Supports Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, and Turkish.
