Advantages
High-Performance Configuration
Low-energy X-rays combined with an intelligent vacuum system effectively excite light elements such as Si, P, S, Al, and Mg. The system also uses XRF technology to accurately analyse high-content elements, including Cr, Ni, and Mo.
Automatic Switching of Collimators and Filters
The instrument optimises four collimator sizes—5 mm, 3 mm, 1 mm, and 0.5 mm. The software automatically switches both collimators and filters, reducing manual effort and saving time. Users can optimize detection accuracy and sensitivity by selecting the appropriate collimator and filter combination, or by operating without a filter when required.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
The analyser performs testing without damaging or affecting the performance of the sample. It preserves the internal structure of the tested object and causes no damage throughout the entire analysis process.
Peltier Refrigeration
The advanced Peltier electric cooling system operates without liquid nitrogen. This design simplifies operation while reducing labour requirements and long-term equipment maintenance costs.
Data Transmission
The system supports multiple data transmission methods, including USB, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, ensuring flexible and efficient data transfer.
Custom Reporting
Users can generate reports in Excel, PDF, and other formats. The software allows full customisation of test reports, including company logos, spectra, and detailed sample information.
Safety
A fully enclosed metal housing and an anti-leakage protection switch ensure a scientifically engineered safety design. Coordinated software and hardware controls, combined with electromechanical interlocks, ensure radiation safety in compliance with national standards GB18871-2002 and GBZ115-2002.
