Delivery (Within the UAE)
All orders are dispatched from our storage facilities in Sharjah within 24 to 72 hours after your order has been processed in the UAE, utilizing reputable and licensed third-party courier services.

Local Pick-Up
Customers have the option to collect their orders from our location in Al Majaz, Sharjah, from Monday to Thursday between 10 AM and 6 PM, and on Fridays from 2 PM to 6 PM.

Maintenance Shipping for Machines
Should your product require maintenance, the most effective approach is to send it to our service centre. You have the option to either deliver the item personally or utilise a courier service of your preference. Please ensure that you comply with our operational days and hours, which are Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Friday from 2 PM to 6 PM.
Additionally, we can facilitate the delivery on your behalf through our courier service. It is important to review the packing instructions included with the product to ensure proper transportation.
Currency and Pricing:

Additional Charges:
The recipient is solely responsible for any shipping fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges that may apply at the time of delivery.

Packing slips for international shipments will not be labeled as a “gift” or feature modified prices in order to adhere to customs regulations.
