FRINGE EV X-Ray Diffractometer

FRINGE EV benchtop X-Ray diffractometer in the X-Ray beam passes through the sola slit and divergent slit. Then, irradiation occurs on the sample. The sample stage is located in the centre of the goniometer. It is based on the reflection geometry θs-θd. When the X-Ray beam meets Bragg's law, diffraction phenomenon occurs in a specific direction. After that, it passes through the anti-scatter slit, Sora slit, and receive slit to reach the X-Ray detector. Finally, the data processing system in the analysis software displays the acquired diffraction map.

FRINGE EV is a high-power miniaturised benchtop X-Ray diffractometer, independently developed by the company. Built-in water circulation cooling system

FRINGE EV built-in water circulation cooling system, no need to add additional chiller. Software can real-time display the X-ray tube water temperature, flow, flow rate and other information.

Safety

It has automatic cutting protection device in the test process and a safety linkage lock device. After closing, the sample chamber is fully enclosed. Moreover, the operation interface has the function of closing the sample chamber.

XRD for everyone

After obtaining diffraction data, CrystalX automatically carries out phase analysis and gives the percentage of each phase component. This greatly reduces the requirements of the user. Now, you just need to click “start testing”. Leave the rest to the CrystalX software.

Integrated Sora Slits

The integrated Sora Slits, without any motion-adjustable parts, increase the reliability of the goniometer system. This allows the FRINGE EV desktop XRD to be installed on in-vehicle laboratory platforms.
