After obtaining the diffraction data, CrystalX can automatically analyse the phase and give a percentage of each component of the phase. Consequently, this greatly reduces the need for the user just to click on “Start Test”, making it easy to use.
The instrument is suitable for multiple accessories, such as high-temperature stage, low-temperature stage, humidity controller, etc. Functions can also be customized according to user requirements to meet the demands for analysis of samples in special environments.
The unit is equipped with an automatic cut-off protection device and a safety interlocking device. When the sample chamber is closed, the device is fully enclosed. And the operation interface will have the indication of the sample chamber closed.
It can easily identify physical phase, analyse crystal structure, analyse the residual stress, and evaluate the composition of various sample types. These include powder, film, bulk, and liquid.
