High resolution capability

Equipped with a DPPS high-resolution detector, with ultra-high energy resolution, this system operates without any monochromatic system (such as filters or graphite monochromators). Moreover, it can directly capture diffraction signals, thereby minimising signal loss typically associated with monochromatic systems.

Safety

The unit is equipped with an automatic cut-off protection device and a safety interlocking device. When the sample chamber is closed, the device is fully enclosed. And the operation interface will have the indication of the sample chamber closed.

It can easily identify physical phase, analyse crystal structure, analyse the residual stress, and evaluate the composition of various sample types. These include powder, film, bulk, and liquid.

After obtaining diffraction data, CrystalX automatically conduct phase analysis, and give the percentage of each component of the phase, greatly reducing the requirements of the user, no manual retrieval, no need to buckle the background, no need to smooth, no need to manually peak, just need to click “start testing”, the rest to the CrystalX software
