FRINGE built-in water circulation cooling system, no need to add additional chiller. Software can real-time display the X-ray tube water temperature, flow, flow rate and other information.
Automatic cutting protection is fitted to the device in the test process, with a safety linkage lock device. The sample chamber is fully enclosed after closing, and the operation interface has the function of closing the sample chamber.
After obtaining diffraction data, CrystalX automatically carry out phase analysis, and give the percentage of each component of the phase. This greatly reduces the requirements of the user, who just needs to click to start testing;. Then, the rest is left to the CrystalX software.
The integrated Sora slits, without any motion-adjustable parts, increase the reliability of the goniometer system. Consequently, the FRINGE desktop XRD can be installed on in-vehicle laboratory platforms.
DPPC detector (digital pulse processing counting detector), counting throughput ≥ 1×107CPS, DPPC detector can efficiently suppress sample fluorescence, even for strong fluorescent samples. It can also provide excellent peak-to-back ratio, without the use of secondary monochromator. In addition, DPPC detector provides energy dispersion spectral data while providing diffraction data.
